1 Brian Schessler, pro se, appeals from the circuit courts order denying his post-conviction motion. His motion sought the circuit courts permission to withdraw his guilty plea. The motion also alleged that he was denied the effective assistance of trial counsel. Because we conclude the circuit court properly determined that Schesslers motion was barred under State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994), we affirm.
